Cognitron is a scientifically validated brain performance and cognitive assessment platform built on more than twenty years of research. It is used by military, clinical, and research institutions to measure and improve cognitive performance across major domains such as attention, memory, processing speed, executive function, language, visuospatial processing, and social cognition.
The platform offers more than 100 validated paradigms and has supported over 1,000,000 assessments. It is designed for large-scale use, with support for 30,000+ participants in parallel, population-scale normative data, and availability in 15+ languages. Assessments can be completed on any device with internet access, without additional apps or software.
Cognitron assessments are typically short, engaging, and gamified, often taking about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. The system provides real-time data capture, automated scoring, instant results, and automated reporting to help users analyze outcomes quickly and efficiently. It also supports customization of task parameters, instructions, and sequences to fit specific study or clinical needs.
Users access Cognitron through email token authentication. After requesting an access code, they receive a time-limited email code that is valid for 5 minutes and can be used once. If needed, users can request another code or check their spam folder. The platform is built to reduce barriers to participation by allowing remote completion from different locations and devices.
