How will you protect my privacy?

Your name, address, email will be kept separate from your study data and only linkable by your unique study code. This is in case the Imperial College study team need to contact you about research that your data has been used in. Your contact details will never be passed to another organisation without your permission and will not be visible to the investigators performing the analysis.
